WORK OUT & SPEND TIME WITH YOUR LITTLE ONE
Get fit and create memorable moments
(and give your partner some free time)

Why DADDYFIT
Daily life is busy enough...
... and staying fit(ish) quickly becomes a low priority.
Getting back to higher levels of fitness is harder over time.
But how to make time for excercise when there is family, childcare, work, chores, and everything else?
Combine it!
Do your workout with your baby or little one. Work out with them, let them be your workout weight and your training buddy.
Spend quality time with your child, free up time for you and your partner and stay or become fit!

How does it work
Outdoor workout: with your child - everyone can do it!
Daddyfit workouts are designed to be fun and effective for both dads and their little ones. From babywearing workouts to toddler-friendly exercises, there's something for every dad and child duo.
Our programme is based on principles of CrossFit, tailored to accommodate babies and kids in the workouts. They play the role as weight (e.g. dumbbell or kettlebell), workout buddy and cheerleader.
It is for everyone, no knowledge or pre-condition required. We scale exercises, so it is right for everyone's individual level of fitness and ability,
Daddyfit is not just about exercise, it's about bonding and creating memorable experiences with your little ones while achieving your fitness goals.

JUGGLING (TOO) MANY DUTIES
Daddyfit is the result of a continuous struggle to squeeze in exercise between childcare, chores, house work, career, relationship and everything else.
Having lead a super busy life in a high pressure work environment already, having a baby brought my mediocre triathlon career to a grinding halt.
There was a bit of time left for exercises and this I focused on CrossFit which I had picked up earlier as complementary training to endurance exercises.
After having achieved the CrossFit Coach Level 1 certificate, I decided to combine things: Childcare/kids fun and personal exercise.
Not only did this turn out to be highly practical and convenient - it really does support a strong bond with my child - and it does create memorable experience.
Classes are not full of body builder alike athletes, it deliberately is aimed at everyone who otherwise struggles to achieve regular exercise - everyone is welcome!
