Where do sessions take place?

In a park in Vienna's 9. and 18. district. You can find details on locations and meeting points in the booking section.

What if the weather is poor?

If the session needs to be cancelled due to poor weather (or any other reason), you will receive a timely message per email or phone. Sessions cancelled/rescheduled by us can either be used for another available session or a full refund can be granted upon request.

Do I need to bring any equipment or gear?

Just wear comfortable sports gear and running/workout shoes. You don't need to bring any equipment.

What if my kid does not want to join the workout or becomes impatient?

All exercises can be done without kids as well. As there may be several kids and parents around, we will all help each other out so everyone gets a good workout.

Can i come without baby/Kid?

Of course!

Do I need to be a dad to join?

Absolutely not! Everyone is welcome!

How often should i participate to benefit from some real gains

Ideally you would workout at least 3 times a week but we do recommend to come and workout regularly, i.e. every week.

What if i have some restrictions in my mobility (e.g. old injuries)

No problem at all - let the coach know at the start of the session and your workout will be scaled to your ability.

My kid is not playing along last second - can i cancel on short notice?

You can cancel any session and get a refund up to 12 hours in advance. After that you can reschedule any time to another available session.

What can I expect - how does a session look like?

All sessions take ca. 1 hour follow the same structure: Intro to the day's workout(s), a fun warm up, technique training and then 1 - 2 workouts. If time allows, a short finisher or stretching will round up the session.
